2. Delivery & shipping

 

leFoulard ships worldwide. You will find the respective shipping costs below:

 

Shipping within Switzerland

Up to a gross goods value of 350.- CHF the shipping costs are 8,50 CHF (including postage and packing). If the gross value of goods exceeds 350.- CHF the shipping is free of charge.

 

Shipping to the EU:

Up to a gross value of 300.- CHF the shipping costs are 20,00 CHF (including postage and packing). If the gross value of the goods exceeds 350.- CHF the shipping is free of charge. When shipping to countries in the EU, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties, import costs) may be incurred which will not be invoiced by us but are payable by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. International shipping

Up to a gross goods value of 350.- CHF the shipping costs are 36,00 CHF (including postage and packing). If the gross value of goods exceeds 350.- CHF the shipping is free of charge. When shipping to countries outside Switzerland and EU, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties, import costs) may be incurred which will not be invoiced by us but are payable by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Delivery time national & international

leFoulard's silk foulards and cashmere scarves are made in local manufacturies, so we work with small stocks.

 

Our silk scarf collections are printed using the screen printing process, which involves a number of steps: Screen printing, fixing the colors, several washes, handrolling. 

 

If the foulards are in stock, the delivery time in Switzerland is about 3-7 working days. The delivery time EU & International is about 9-12 working days. There are no delivery on Sundays and holidays. 

 

If an item is not in stock and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this is pointed out separately on the respective product page. 

 

3. Returns

 

You can return your order within 14 days. To enable us to process your return faster, please provide us with your order number. Thanks a lot!

For products that have not been worn, washed and are undamaged we refund the amount according to your payment method immediately after receipt of the return including the costs for the return shipment.
